Gift cards may be used to order anything in our online store, from leather care items to custom saddle pads. They may also be applied to the shipping costs of our “Two Week Test Ride” saddle testing program, or even to the purchase of a saddle!

Gift cards do not expire. Ever.
Gift cards must be used to purchase products or services from EQ Saddle Science, and may not be exchanged for cash.
Purchases which are less than the face amount on the gift card will result in a credit to the gift card user, which may be used in the future to purchase product, or apply to the purchase of a product.
Gift cards may be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase; after that, they are not refundable.
