For yourself, or a great gift for the rider who has everything, this is what you need to start a Two-Week Test Ride! The Test Ride process starts by tracing the horse so that we can predict a perfect fit for almost any horse. The EQuine Measuring Kit has everything you need inside, making measuring a fifteen-minute job!

Details:

1. With the purchase of the bundle, the measuring kit will be sent to you, or an address you provide.

2. The measuring kit has everything you need to make the tracings we need to fit a saddle to the horse: a flexible curve, 11 x 17 sheets of paper, and a Sharpie marker.

3. A link to our instructions allows you to follow them from your phone, or download and print

4. When you're ready for your test ride, we will arrange an in depth to determine the right saddle model and seat size for you.

5. The rider will need to complete and sign our standard Evaluation Agreement to begin the Test Ride.

6. Although the outbound freight is pre-paid, the rider (or the gift giver) will need to provide a credit card number to be entered into our secure system; this card will not be charged unless the saddle is not purchased or returned within 30 days.

7. Saddles will typically ship out for Test Rides within one week of receipt of the tracings.

8. Return freight charges will be the responsibility of the rider. A return shipping label can be purchased in our web store, or shipping may be made by the method of rider’s choice.

9. If not used within one year of the date of purchase, the unused shipping charge will be refunded to the original purchaser, less the cost of the measuring kit and handling.
