Thigh Block: Short Zen Shape
Our Short Zen Thigh Block provides security, with a slightly curved surface, and soft padding at the rear of the block to nestle the rider’s thigh and is also available in a larger (9” high) block.
Like all EQ thigh blocks, the Zen Blocks come three ways:
Velcro-on block, for maximum flexibility for repositioning the block. Note: this option is easy to move, and may be dislodged from the saddle under certain conditions. This version of the thigh block must be used with a saddle that has a loop velcro surface to accept the block.
Embedded block, where the block is built into a leather cover that goes over the entire velcro surface on the saddle; this option also velcros onto the saddle, so it can be replaced or updated in the future, and is extremely secure.
Custom Embedded Blocks are available in a standard or custom block setting; in the custom version, the rider chooses the position, height, and angle of the block. Contact us for ordering details.
When purchasing or ordering a saddle, blocks can also be ordered sewn into place for riders who are unlikely to want to reposition their thigh blocks in the future. Sewn in blocks can be ordered in a standard or custom position.
Blocks are shown in black calf leather. They can be ordered in a variety of colors and textures, including in two-tone designs.
